Abura Soba is a delicious and accessible Japanese dish that we believe can be a game-changer for students at Yale. With dining halls closing early, this flavorful noodle dish offers a perfect solution for those late-night cravings or missed meals. Affordable and satisfying, Abura Soba can serve as a midnight snack or a hearty late lunch. Inspired by a Japanese noodle enthusiast and the Head Chef of Y Pop Up, Yale's premier cooking club, we aim to introduce this tasty dish to our campus and enhance the culinary experience for all students.

Our organization was founded by Jack, a passionate food lover and the head of Y Pop Up, and Yuto, a noodle enthusiast from Japan. Together, we recognized a unique opportunity to cater to the diverse culinary needs of Yale students. With a commitment to providing delicious, authentic meals, we aim to create an inclusive dining experience that celebrates different cultures and flavors.
